If you’ve been searching for the perfect bookends to show off your Harry Potter collection, Bradford Exchange is selling a very handsome set of [illuminated!] bookends that include the Hogwarts Express and Hogwarts Castle. This is officially licensed, and each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
It comes in three issues, $79.99 per issue. The first issue is the front of the Hogwarts Express complete with billowing steam.
The second issue is Hogwarts Castle. I included two pictures here, a side view and a cool birds’ eye view over the castle.
Lastly, the caboose of the Hogwarts Express brings up the rear.
Each section is illuminated with LED lights, so your bookshelf will look marvelous, even at at night. (Three ‘AAA’ batteries, not included)
If you’re not familiar with how the Bradford Exchange works, you buy a thing in issues. This particular one is three issues at $79.99 per issue. They’ll be sending this first issue out in July, and then they’ll ship out the rest of the pieces/issues in a spaced-apart fashion, once a month or so (it varies). You can cancel the issues at any point.
