They’re able to sell this DIY “neon” light kit so cheap because it’s not actually neon. The 9′ 10″ LED light strand runs on two AA batteries (not included) and comes in pink or blue. I saw a few other products out there like this, but I really like the hardware this one comes with to help you make more precise shapes. I made a Pac Man ghost with mine. 😀
